Hi all, we hope you are keeping safe, we have had 2 calls for help in 2 days so please do ring if you need anything. We have a few practical plans in place for safeguarding everyone;
1. Our volunteers will only come to your house if you have rang us for help and we will have official ID badges. If you are not expecting a volunteer then please ring us to question. DO NOT make yourself a victim of scams
2. We will buy essentials from local shops at a maximum of £30 contactless payment. No lottery tickets. Once we have delivered your shopping, handed your card back please text us to confirm everything is now ok. We will keep all details on a spreadsheet for everyone's safeguarding
3. We will knock and stay outside. Please do not hand over cash.
4. We are collating information for emergency contacts, local shops that deliver, foodbanks etc and these will be distributed as not everyone has internet.
5. We have actively been emailing educational packs, if you dont have access to a printer we can arrange to have these within the packs.

Thankyou for reading, please follow the government advice, wash your hands, stay indoors and stay safe. It wont last forever 💕
